1. Introduction

Welcome to People Study Pro. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using People Study Pro, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

People Study Pro is operated by AG Design (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our service provides AI-powered study guidance, originality checking, and learning materials for CIPD students.

2. Important Disclaimer — Guidance, Not Professional Advice

People Study Pro is a study support and guidance tool only. We provide educational guidance — not professional, academic, or legal advice. We do not guarantee any specific grades, marks, outcomes, or that you will pass your CIPD assignments or qualification.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Our AI guidance is intended to help you understand assignment requirements and develop your own answers — it does not write assignments for you and should not be treated as authoritative academic advice
  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit to your training provider or assessment body
  • You must conduct your own research, critical analysis, and original writing
  • Any grades, marks, or assessment outcomes are determined entirely by your training provider or CIPD assessors, not by us
  • We cannot and do not guarantee that using our service will result in passing grades, improved performance, or any particular academic outcome
  • You should always verify any information or guidance against official CIPD materials and your training provider's requirements
  • Our service does not replace proper academic support from qualified tutors or your training provider

By using our service, you accept full responsibility for your academic work and any consequences arising from your submissions to educational institutions.

3. Originality Checking Tool Disclaimer

Our originality and AI detection checking is provided by a third-party service (Originality.ai). You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results are indicative only and should not be relied upon as the sole or definitive measure of your work's originality or AI content
  • Different institutions use different detection tools which may produce significantly different results
  • No AI or plagiarism detection tool is 100% accurate — false positives and false negatives can occur
  • We make no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of detection results
  • A “clean” report does not guarantee your work will pass institutional checks
  • You remain solely responsible for ensuring your work meets your institution's academic integrity requirements

4. Pricing and Payment

People Study Pro operates on a per-unit pricing model at £8.99 per unit. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

4.1 Unit Purchases

  • Each unit is a one-time purchase granting permanent access to that unit
  • Access to purchased units does not expire
  • All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable

4.2 Access

  • You gain immediate access to a unit upon successful payment
  • Each unit includes access to the assignment workspace, AI guidance, learning materials, and originality checking for that unit
  • Units are specific to your selected CIPD programme level

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Due to the nature of our digital service and the immediate access to AI-powered features and content upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Failure to achieve desired academic outcomes
  • Technical issues on your end
  • Purchasing the wrong unit

We encourage you to review our service thoroughly before purchasing. Please ensure you select the correct unit for your programme level.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use People Study Pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

  • Use the service to produce work that you submit as entirely your own without proper attribution or in violation of your institution's academic integrity policies
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code or content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of People Study Pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by AG Design and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you create using our service (your assignment answers, notes, etc.) remains your property. However, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this content as necessary to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, People Study Pro and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
  • Any academic outcomes, grades, or assessment results
  • Any decisions made by educational institutions regarding your work
  • Any claims arising from reliance on our guidance, content, or originality checking results
  • Any inaccuracies in AI-generated guidance or third-party tool results
  • Any interruption or cessation of our service

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless People Study Pro, AG Design, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of our service
  • Content you create, upload, or submit through our service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or academic integrity policies
  • Any claim by a third party related to your academic submissions

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or our service.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our service:

  • Please first contact us at support@peoplestudypro.com to attempt informal resolution
  • We will endeavour to respond within 14 days and work with you to resolve the issue
  • If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you may pursue formal legal remedies

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
